Very impressed with the appearance of the newly remodeled facility. The employees were all very polite and willing to help in any way that they could. The service was great and the agreed upon price was fair. It was a pleasure shopping at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort. IL. the sales associate was extremely knowledgeable about the automobiles and was a pleasure to deal with. He was young, but very mature in his dealing with the public. Hi, all, Just wanted everyone to know of the excellent service received at Phillips Chevrolet. My review as suppose to be posted but I see that it did not get posted. So, I personally decided to give my review of the service I received. This past Saturday, February 25th, I had a situation with my car which I did not know how to deal with or even solve. Dan K, want out of his way to be there for me doing my bad experience with the car I first purchased last year. Dan Sues and Michael M. showed professional behavior and insight in dealing with my situation. I probably drove them crazy, but you never could tell by the nice and kind way they treated me. They all are really nice and they make you feel like you are really number one. And not to forget Matthew, thanks for the conversation. This is written 12:41am, that is how strongly I feel about writing a comment regarding Phillips.

This was the best buying experience we've ever had! Dan was great Iwent to 7 different dealerships and walked out because I felt pressured and uncomfortable. Dan along with the enviornment was the reason I decided to by a car from this location. I was treated fairly and honestly. I have recommended Phillips Chevreolet and more specifically to look to ask for Dan to many of my friends and family already.

This is the third time we have purchased a vehicle from Phillips Chevrolet. We had visited a few other dealers and ended up coming back to Phillips. (We actually walked out on one dealer because of how we were treated.) Dan was very helpful and patient as we were weighing all of our options. We looked at the Silverado, Avalanche and Suburban. After thoroughly comparing the three, we decided on the Suburban. Other than a lot of paperwork, the sales process went smoothly. (Would be nice if some of the documentation was paperless.)

Saw a vehical online.Needed a better car on gas mileage because my jeep was just a hog on gas. Saw A used 2001 Toyota celica. Great shape and everything. Worked on financing with and a trade in. Even when everything was said and done, they still ceased to amaze!! Great job guys!! Definitely will be going back to this dealership again and referring everyone I know who is in need of a new or used vehical!!

I had been searching for several weeks for a quality used car for my 16 yr old son. The deal was so great that I flew up from Tennessee to make the purchase. The car was as presented on the website. The dealership made arrangements to have me picked up at the airport. I would definitely recommend Phillips Chevrolet.

Was very happy with my purchasing experience!, They had the exact car with the specific options I was looking for. The salesman Dan Sues was very polite, not to pushy like some sales man. Enjoyed talking with him,I felt very comfortable with him.
I did a lot of research to find this specific model on my own from my computer and was worth the travel from Indiana to Illinois, I felt like I got a good deal, and would recommend this Dealership.

Everyone in this dealership is extremely "customer focused" and friendly. My family had purchased 2 vehicles in the past from Phillips, and when we were looking for the 3rd we chose a dealer closer to home. It wasn't the same, from the prices to the service. When we were ready to trade that vehicle in, we definitely wanted to go back to Phillips. And we weren't disappointed. Very easy to deal with and really treat you like you are the only customer in the showroom. I recommend them to everyone that I know is looking for a car.

I recently Bought a 2011 Camaro from Phillips Chevrolet and sales consultant Dan Sues. This is the second car that I have purchased from Phillips in than last year. Each experience was GREAT, the price came in just where I had hoped. The service during the sale provided by Dan Sues was second to none.
