This is my 5th new car purchase from Phillips Chevy in the last year and 6mo. Sam Darwish has been my salesman on all 5 purchases, he has always gone above and beyond to make sure im taken care of. The management staff always does a great job taking car of my loans and i never have to worry about anything when i deal with Phillips. The service dept also is top notch in my book and Harry in aftersales makes sure i'm in and out when i buy a new car. I'm never buying a car anywhere else they have a customer for life!!!!!!

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to shop at Phillips Chevrolet. All the employees are very polite and personable. My salesman, Hani was awesome. He met me and my husband outside when we arrived and assisted us through the whole process. He was such a nice salesman to work with, was very knowlegeable of his job and got us through each step of the “new vehicle” process. He helped me know more about the vehicle I purchase and was very patient explaining all the features of the vehicle. I have been shopping for a new Chevrolet Equinox for approximately 6 weeks, I researched the Equinox extensively and knew exactly what I wanted. I had been to 3 different dealerships each not able to provide to me what I was looking for, Instead of being honest with me and explaining that at the end of the year it was difficult to find what I wanted each said they would look for what I wanted and would call me. Being a retired sales person I expected that they would call me but in each case I had to call them back, which is my pet peeve. In fact after going into showrooms and seeing how laid back and disinterested the sales men when I walked in I had the feeling that I was ignore because I was a woman. Honestly I didn’t see how they could make a living.
However once I called Phillips Chevrolet I was impressed with the entire sales force, the computer sales person called me back as soon as he located the vehicle I wanted and it was available immediately and an appointment was set up. As soon as I arrived I was impressed with the immediate attention given to me. The computer sales person Jeff Mitchell introduced me to Sam Darwish. Sam was professional honest and I would recommend him to any of my family or friends. I was introduced to the manager of the service department, I found that courtesy to be very creative of the Phillips Sales persons. I definitely would do business again with Phillips Chevrolet, specifically Sam Darwish again.

My experience with Phillips Chevrolet was a very good, being that I just bought my first car which is a new Chevy Cruze. I went there to actually take a look at an older Chevy Equinox….But I was introduced to Sam Darwish.
Once he seen my situation he was able to put me in a new Chevy Cruze which were his exact words plus car that I really wanted….I would reconmmend Phillips Chevrolet to anyone that is looking for great customer service and not settling for just any car.

Our experience at Phillips Chevrolet was a welcome change. We have looked for a used truck for about a month and have "danced" with several other local and not so local dealers! At Phillips, our salesman Sam Darwish was pleasant and friendly but professional and approachable! He was down-to-earth and no smarmy "sales" lines! He was easy to work with and made "the deal" part of our purchase a great experience, actually! As a matter of fact, we actually laughed while making the deal! All salesman should learn how to do this. It is so much more pleasant to make such a difficult, expensive decision during these times. Mark, the sales manager, even came over during "the deal" and talked with us and was a pleasure to work with. How many people can say that they have laughed and cracked jokes while trying to buy a car...not many I would guess. So many people have horror stories about car buying...why can't car dealers realize that making people dread buying a car doesn't make them readily reasonable. If more car dealers were like Phillips Chevrolet, there would be far fewer horror stories out there. All the way through the buying process Phil, Mike, even the "girl behind the glass" everyone greeted us with genuine smiles...not just the fake salesman smiles. It really was a great experience. I will highly recommend Phillips to anyone that I know looking for a vehicle. Thank you staff at Phillips. Sam, a personal thank you for allowing us to make a confident decision. It really was easy for us. And with a name like Darwish...What a spectacular last name! like a early 18th century-based novel...how wonderful!

When I walked into the dealership I had one thing on my mind, and that was to get a 2011 Chevy Camaro.
As I walked around and looked at all of the Camaro's, Sam and myself determinded which one would be best for me, and we found the PERFECT FIT!!!
I drove off in a Silver, Chevy Camaro, I am now in my dream car thanks for Sam!!

Chris from Internet Sales was so thorough and patient that is why we came all the way from Downers Grove to Frankfort. Because Chris "lured us in", we ended up at Phillip's to be greeted right away by "Sam the Man". He was very personable and friendly. We are overall quite pleased with the experience, but a little disappointed in the negotiatiing that went on. I know we need to haggle to agree on a price, but we got there a little after 7pm, said we wanted the car at 7:15 and it wasn't until almost 9:30 that we agreed on a price. We got home at midnight. If we could have had a less painful cost discussion, the process could have been smoother.

Clean, friendly dealership. No pressure. Did not take all night to ink the deal. Would buy from again. Sam did a good job of showing me different cars, what type of packages were available, and if iI did not like what was on the lot he would find one for me. Also, explaning the options on the test drive was nice.

Though the paperwork after the sale was agreed to took nearly 3 hours to complete, working with my salesman Sam Darwish was a real pleasure, from the minute I arrived and then even during this long drawn out process, as he most assuredly went above & beyond doing everything he could to get the monthly payment to meet my needs.

We are very pleased with our most recent purchase of a 2011 Camaro. The dealership has once again met our quality standards which are quite high. I have purchased nine previous vehicles from this dealership and I return to them for several reasons. First and foremost is a good deal on a quality product. Second is the respect shown me and my wife and now my daughter during the sales process. Third is the quality service we have received on our follow up visits with our vehicles. We went in to look at some used cars and ended up with a new car that was good on gas and in my price range, I was not expecting anything like that. I thought I could only afford a used car. They worked with me until we came up with the option to buy a cruze. I took that for a test drive and loved it. They helped me out more that you could imaging and worked with me like I was the only customer on the lot. I really appreciate all that they did for me now I have a great car that can take me to work and not spend a lot in gas!!! I drive 105 mile round trip so it was very important that I did not get a car that was not good on gas. I would recommend my mother to Phillips and when it is time to get our next car we will be going back!!!

I saw the vehicle on the internet. I live two hours away and judging by the photos it was the truck we were looking for. When we got there Sam approached us and helped us out without pressuring us. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Sam and Yasin, in the finance department. they really seem to care about the customer and what the customer is looking for. I would recomend them to anyone.
