Phil Jarad was my salesman and he did a fantastic job showing me where all the buttons were for the lights, wipers, etc. etc. So I felt safe driving the car home the very first time. I had the dealer order a bug deflector for the front of the truck and paid it at the time of purchase....I was curious if this would get lost in the shuffle....to my surprise and delight Phillips called the next day to set up the installation. Eric was our first contact when we were looking to purchase a new vehicle.He was very patient,showed us several models and answered all our questions. When we returned in two weeks he remembered us, took a test drive with the car we purchased(2011 Equinox) and worked well with us on the purchase price and our trade in(2001 Tahoe).Phil Explained the On Star program thoroughly and sold the Protector program to keep the Equinox looking good. Mike did all the financing and paperwork at the end and was most enjoyable to talk to. After all the Protector work was done the following day,Eric called to let us know to pick it up. He helped with the On Star introduction, switched our plates,and then sat in the car with us and again went over all instructions to use all the buttons,levers, and knobs.I'll be referring to the owners manual a lot in the next few weeks. The whole process was very pleasant and Eric is an asset to your dealership.. We've already had three people ask about the Equinox and where we purchased it.We told them Phillips Chevrolet.We will return for our next car also. We have been shopping for an Equinox for about a month and we knew exactly what we wanted, but was having a hard time finding it in the Quad City area, after visiting several dealers and getting the run around of empty promises of locating us what we wanted, we finally just came home, got on our computer and found Phillips which was only a couple of hours from us. My husband (Marvelous Marv) spoke to Jeff and he let us know that they did have what we were looking for.
So a friend rode along with us and we thought we'd just have lunch while we were up there. When we arrived at Phillips in the rain, they greeted us and opened the door and welcomed us in. We met Rami, who was just absolutely amazing. We've never met a car salesman who didn't yank our chain, but Rami had an honest answer for every question we had and was very knowledgeable about the Equinox.
We then met Phillip whose birthday is the same day as mine. Happy Birthday in July and I'll be checking my mailbox for my card. Ha,ha. Also,very happy with Phillip, although we chose not to use the undercoating etc. Then Yasin in finance, who did an amazing job getting us a very low interest rate and did everything very quickly and also answered all our questions.
We have already gave directions and a referral to someone here and will continue to recommend Phillips. Great job guys! Thanks for everything! Marv and Donna

Easy to deal with. No high pressure. Best dealer we have been too. After sale attention was helpful. Marty guided our OnStar sign up to completion. We went into the dealership expecting to make an offer and let it stew over the weekend, but management was negotiating generously and we agreed to a price. Using our GM cash made us feel even better about our final price.

Usually, shopping for a new car is a very stressful situation. Not so if you visit Phillips!
My husband went shopping there and had the good fortune to talk to Jeff Walker, the Sales Consultant. He found the perfect car, thanks to Jeff and called me at home. I agreed he should purchase the car then and there. The next day, we both went to Phillips and picked up the car! When we walked in, we happened to meet the General Manager Michael Maheras. He welcomed us to the dealership and showed us to Jeff's office. Since my husband had spent considerable time the day before taking a test drive and getting all the particulars about the car, I had to be brought up to speed on everything. Jeff showed so much patience explaining everything to me about the car! Jeff explained everything about the process and made arrangements for the car to be prepped so we could take it home. When Jeff went off to Service, we got to talk with Phil who explained all the ins and outs of On Star, etc. We really enjoyed talking with Phil. We then met Matt in Finance and he was also so efficient and such a nice, friendly person. Then Jeff took us out to the car and since I had never seen it before, he explained everything about all the various options. He was so patient and helpful, I really got very excited about the car! He is a very experienced Sales Consultant. Jeff didn't miss anything! He covered everything about the car's operation. It has so many amazing features and it could be overwhelming but Jeff simplified everything! When we left with our beautiful new 2011 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ, we were so thrilled! We would highly recommend anyone visit this dealership. The people there are so helpful and courteous. The experience was terrific. I will tell anyone looking for a car to visit Phillips and ask for Jeff!

Everyone in this dealership is extremely "customer focused" and friendly. My family had purchased 2 vehicles in the past from Phillips, and when we were looking for the 3rd we chose a dealer closer to home. It wasn't the same, from the prices to the service. When we were ready to trade that vehicle in, we definitely wanted to go back to Phillips. And we weren't disappointed. Very easy to deal with and really treat you like you are the only customer in the showroom. I recommend them to everyone that I know is looking for a car.
