I like to start by saying customer sevice is second to none at Phillips Chevrolet. Joe Luque was my salesman he was very professional and I will be sending any friends looking for a GM product his way.
I purchased the undercoating, paint, interior protection plan with my vehicle and I would like to say Harry Mays knows how to get things done for the customer. I dropped the car off @ 7:30a.m. and heard nothing all day about the progress of work being done. I had my ride take me over to Phillips and on the way the service depatment called and said it would be the next day before I would get my car back. I was not real happy...as soon as Harry heard my displeasure he was calling me and telling me to get to the dealer, my car would be done that day he would be sure of that! Once again thanks Harry.
The haggling process is painless when dealing with Phillips, the sales manager that worked with me was Mark Catuara. He went through many different trade scenarios and it was late in the day on a Saturday. Thanks again Mark!

My family has purchased five vehicles from Phillips Chevy because they are the best Chevy dealer around. Joe Luque is an incredibly energetic sales person and he went way beyond the call of duty to help find a first car for my 16 year old son. Joe knew my issues and concerns regarding cost and safety and he never gave up finding the perfect car for him. I had such a great experience buying my vehicle from Joey, it was almost like buying from a good friend. The whole staff, in fact, was a pleasure to interact with. I never felt pressured and I wasn't surprised by "hidden costs" at signing. All otpions and COSTS were presented up front, before signing, which made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. They worked hard to get me a deal I felt comfortable with on the vehicle I wanted.
Also, they have an enourmous selection, new and used, and they keep their website information up to date. You can not only find the vehicle you're looking for from the comfort of your own home, but you can rest assured that it will actually be there when you come in .
It was a phenomenal experience and I recommend anyone looking for a new (or used) vehicle to stop by, you won't be disappointed!
