Our salesman, Eric Sieloff, offered this site to write a review of our recent purchase. We bought a Traverse from Phillips and it was the best car buying experience that we ever had. We've purchased cars before and have been asked to fill out mail surveys, but I've always thrown them away. Eric was such a great guy that I had to let people know that the experience was so positive and the dealership so friendly that from now on it's the first place we'll ever go to for another purchase. The dealership had a good selection and Eric was very knowledgeable about the model and didn't play any games with us. Thanks to everyone there!

It's been awhile since we' ve bought a new car, and we were very happy to say that it was a very good experience. Eric, our sales rep, was very pleasant to work with and helped up to select just the right car. 5's all across the board on this dealer, this was my first experience with buying a vehicle and I have to say Eric went above and beyond to make this a great experience. He was never pushy, did his best to accommodate me (he even stayed 4 hours after he was scheduled to go home!), he even emailed me back and forth trying to help me pick out a good vehicle for myself and was as courteous as people in the sales business get! I loved my experience here and when it is time to get a new car I'll be sure to come back here and ask for Eric again!

I've been dealing with Phillips Chevrolet for over 20 years.My wife and I went out to "just look" at new cars and later that day we left with the 5th car we've purchased from them. We thought the price we paid was excellent. The sales staff was friendly and did not pressure us in any way to make this purchase. I've always had an excellent experience with the whole dealership, sales and the service department. They have one the best stocks of new Chevrolets I've seen in the area. When its time to buy another car I will go back to Phillips and buy another Chevrolet.

Eric was our first contact when we were looking to purchase a new vehicle.He was very patient,showed us several models and answered all our questions. When we returned in two weeks he remembered us, took a test drive with the car we purchased(2011 Equinox) and worked well with us on the purchase price and our trade in(2001 Tahoe).Phil Explained the On Star program thoroughly and sold the Protector program to keep the Equinox looking good. Mike did all the financing and paperwork at the end and was most enjoyable to talk to. After all the Protector work was done the following day,Eric called to let us know to pick it up. He helped with the On Star introduction, switched our plates,and then sat in the car with us and again went over all instructions to use all the buttons,levers, and knobs.I'll be referring to the owners manual a lot in the next few weeks. The whole process was very pleasant and Eric is an asset to your dealership.. We've already had three people ask about the Equinox and where we purchased it.We told them Phillips Chevrolet.We will return for our next car also. We had a great experience with Eric. He listened to what we were looking for and looked through many, many cars before he found the perfect one for us. When we arrived at the dealership we knew we wanted a cruz but he walked the lot with us and helped us find the one car with all the features we wanted. He was wonderful to negotiate with as well. We walked away feeling like we got a "good deal". The wait was a little long to get all the paperwork done but we expected that. Eric checked back with us REGULARLY to ask if we needed anything, he offered us something to drink or eat, he asked many times if there was anything that he could do for our son. Once we finished all the paperwork, Eric showed me all the features of my car, he helped me sync my phone, he helped me get my on-star set up, and he really explained everything that my new car could do. I was very pleased with Erin. I felt comfortable working with him.
