I was born and raised in Palos Park. I am a graduate of Sandberg High school. I've been in the car business since 1991. I joined the Phillips Chevy team in 1997 as a Sales Manager, and like they say, hard work pays off. I am now the General Manager of Phillips Chevrolet. I am married with 3 wonderful kids. My favorite past time, other than spending it with my family, is the visit at the "Augusta National", hanging out by the Amen Corner.

I am not big on shopping, and deal with terror when it is time to get a new van. I was so lucky my better half steered me over to Phillips. I asked her help after stopping at a few local places made me feel like I was the main item on the menu. "You can only get conversion vans if you order leather seats, a mirror on the window, etc. etc." Instead from the beginning with their phone staff that had answers and suggestions, to Eugene and Henry and Mike who came together working for me as a curstomer, it was actually pleasant and enjoyable. They found that what I really was needed was just a passenger van where we could take out the seats for our bikes and other sports equipment. I live in Naperville, an hour away, and quite frankly, it would still be worth it to go there if they were two hours away their service and price were so beyond every other dealer. I've found it always pays to listen to what my sweetheart has to say. They have the best Service and Price in the entire state. Why deal with second best?

Bob Brow is a great salesman. I've bought several cars from Phillips Chevrolet and I'm a proud customer. The car buying experience is always a challenge because the dealership is trying to make money and the customer is always trying to save money. I've always been able to meet down the middle with Phillips Chevrolet and close each and every deal without feeling like I've been taken advantage of or being ripped off. On February 28, our 2009 Chevy Cobalt was towed into your service department because the car had stopped running. I had the pleasure of dealing with two individuals that work in that department.
The first individual is Bill Miller, who I also had met on a previous occasion. Mr. Miller was not only professional, but courteous as well as down to earth. He kept both my husband as well as myself informed as to what was going on with the car and to our amazement the car was completed that night.
The other individual is Tim Christ, who was in the department when I went to pick the car up. He explained to me all that was wrong, but did it in a manner that, quite frankly, I was able to understand.

This is a fantastic dealership. I have owned several BMW's in the past and I was always treated like a PRINCE. I really liked the Camaro and I went to Phillips Chevy. I met Rami after arriving at Phillips for the first time aanintriduced to me from Jackie, their online/phone sales assistant. He was very professional and listened to our wants and needs . He worked very diligently to get David and inthe exact car, color, perks , everything for us as it was not available when we first started. He and Mike did work withbus to get us where we wanted to be in price and infeelnit was a very good deal! We even made a little video afterwards with Rami for their web site! He also took some pics of me and David on our iPhone for us in front of our new car. The overall experience was very good. I have bought 4 new cars in my life so this wasn't my first rodeo, lol. The customer service here is great! I walked the lot and picked out the perfect used car for me. Marty, my salesperson, promptly priced the car and answered all my questions. He was very straightforward and honest. The manager, Mike, also answered my questions, and I felt like they both had my best interests in mind. They were very friendly and helpful, and I felt very comfortable buying a car from them. Start to finish, the whole process was extremely smooth and professional. Usually, shopping for a new car is a very stressful situation. Not so if you visit Phillips!
My husband went shopping there and had the good fortune to talk to Jeff Walker, the Sales Consultant. He found the perfect car, thanks to Jeff and called me at home. I agreed he should purchase the car then and there. The next day, we both went to Phillips and picked up the car! When we walked in, we happened to meet the General Manager Michael Maheras. He welcomed us to the dealership and showed us to Jeff's office. Since my husband had spent considerable time the day before taking a test drive and getting all the particulars about the car, I had to be brought up to speed on everything. Jeff showed so much patience explaining everything to me about the car! Jeff explained everything about the process and made arrangements for the car to be prepped so we could take it home. When Jeff went off to Service, we got to talk with Phil who explained all the ins and outs of On Star, etc. We really enjoyed talking with Phil. We then met Matt in Finance and he was also so efficient and such a nice, friendly person. Then Jeff took us out to the car and since I had never seen it before, he explained everything about all the various options. He was so patient and helpful, I really got very excited about the car! He is a very experienced Sales Consultant. Jeff didn't miss anything! He covered everything about the car's operation. It has so many amazing features and it could be overwhelming but Jeff simplified everything! When we left with our beautiful new 2011 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ, we were so thrilled! We would highly recommend anyone visit this dealership. The people there are so helpful and courteous. The experience was terrific.
